Express Walk-Up Songs

Round Rock, Texas – We’e received  handful of inquiries over the past three months asking what songs each of the E-Train hitters walk up to when they’re about to hit. These “batter ditties” or “walk-up songs” are picked carefully, but can often change two or three times over the course of a season. Sometimes the same song will follow a player from one season to the next, one team to the next, or they may not care at all. It’s really up to the player. Here are the songs the current E-Train hitters use:

Yangervis Solarte – “El Pollo” (The Chicken) by Amarfis

Brad Nelson – “Eight Second Ride” by Jake Owen

Joey Butler – “Everythang” by Young Jeezy

Julio Borbon – “Public Service Announcement” by Jay-Z

Luis Martinez – “Bon Bon” by Pitbull

Tommy Mendonca – “Anytime” by Eve 6

Dusty Brown – “Sail” by AWOLNATION

**Note: Brown used “Hold On” by Wilson Philips for two games
