EPW Update: Brad Nelson connects with his 15th homerun of the season to cut the Storm Chasers lead in to four. Nelson is now 1-2 with a walk, bomb, and line out.
No-no, No More: Yangervis Solarte’s infield single in the bottom of the fifth breaks up Nate Adcock’s no-hit bid.
Scoring Change: The ball put in play by Myers in the first inning is no longer an infield single and is now an error charged to the 2B.
Perez’s Return: Martin Perez is now coming in to pitch for the Express. This is his first appearance in Round Rock since being called up to Arlington last month.
EPW Update: Nefty is done for the day, and Brad Nelson ripped a ball to right field in his first at bat but hit it straight to the Storm Chaser’s right fielder.
Neftali Update: Feliz is done after 1.2 innings, it seems that he has reached his pitch limit for today’s rehab start.
- Due to the scoring change Feliz gave up only one unearned run on three hits.
Stormy Start: Feliz needs 34 pitches to get through the first inning, giving up four runs and four hits, only one of which left the infield. Express trail early.
