Heroic Hernandez: SS Luis Hernandez has been in a world of his own the last 24 hours. Last night he won the game on a single in the last at-bat of the game. Tonight, Hernandez had a RBI single to score a run in the sixth inning and now in the seventh inning he drove in two runs with a double. Express still trail 7-4.

Hunting Hernandez: With runners on the corners, SS Luis Hernandez singled to left field to score 2B Yangervis Solarte and bring the score to 7-2 going into the sixth inning.

Pitching Change: RHP Justin Grimm leaves tonight in the middle of the top of the fifth and in to replace him is LHP Ben Snyder.

Rockin’ Richmond: Las Vegas starter Scott Richmond has been on his game tonight through four innings. Richmond has held the E-Train to one run on three hits and struck out five on only 63 pitches.

Galactic Grimm: After struggling through three innings RHP Justin Grimm Settled down in the top of the fourth inning by getting the 51s out 1,2,3 for the first time tonight.

On The Board: With the bases loaded and one out in the bottom of the second inning, 2B Yangervis Solarte hit a sacrifice fly to right field to bring home 1B Brad Nelson for the E-Train’s first run of the game. Express trail 4-1.

Galactic Grimm: RHP Justin Grimm is just having one of those nights where nothing is working. Don’t count him out by any means but through two innings Grimm has surrendered seven hits and given up four runs. To put that in perspective in his five previous starts with the Express he had given up only eight runs.
