A Triple-A roster changes more by the day, week and month than at any other level in the minor leagues. You have promotions to the big leagues, demotions, free agent signings, rehab assignments, players going on and off the disabled list, trades and players getting released. For a variety of reasons, Triple-A is where is all happens the most. We’re almost to game number 100, and so far the Express have had 60 transactions. That’s right, 60. Here’s a list below and a snapshot at how your Round Rock roster has evolved since the night before opening day, April 5, at Iowa.

Three roster moves today for the Express:
RHP Alexi Ogando (#41) will begin a rehab assignment tonight.
RHP Justin Grimm (#40) promoted to Round Rock from Frisco (AA) and will join rotation.
1B Mike Bianucci (#3) placed on disabled list.
The roster is full at 25 players. The DL is now at two: Bianucci and 3B Tommy Mendonca.
